Privacy policy

This policy is for the public site at breakthesystem.world. The organisation responsible is Awakening Movies Ltd (Break the System). A registered office and a public inbox will be added here and on Contact when they are confirmed. None have been invented.

What this site collects

The cinematic pages do not run a mailing-list form, account signup or checkout. We do not ask you for a name or email to view the film pages or the archive.

Hosting (Hostinger) and the cache layer (LiteSpeed) may log ordinary request data: IP address, browser type, date, and the path requested. That is standard for delivering any website. Logs are used to run and secure the site, not to build a marketing profile on these pages.

If you later write to a published inbox, we will use that correspondence to reply. WordPress admin cookies exist only if someone signs in to /wp-admin.

Cookies

A banner asks whether YouTube embeds may load. Necessary cookies store that choice. Details: cookie policy.

Third parties

Links and embeds go to services we do not control, including YouTube and IMDb. Their privacy policies apply when you use them. We do not currently run a first-party analytics or ads pixel on these cinematic pages.

How long and where

The site is hosted in the Hostinger environment used for this domain. Server logs are kept only as long as hosting needs them for security and operations. The consent cookie lasts up to 12 months, or until you clear it.

Your rights

If UK GDPR applies to you, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal data we hold, and you may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). We can only act on requests once a contact route is published and we can verify who is asking.

Children

The film and archive are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through these pages.
