The site

The site presents The Awakening and related trilogy material, plus an archive of dossiers and documentaries. It is provided as it stands. We may change or withdraw pages without notice.

Your use

You may view pages for personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

copy film stills, posters, trailers, logos or other artwork for commercial use without permission
scrape the site in a way that harms hosting or other visitors
misrepresent the site as a shop, clinic, law firm or newsroom
attempt to break into WordPress admin or other non-public routes

Fair dealing and other exceptions under UK copyright law still apply where the law allows.

Intellectual property

Film materials, the Awakening mark and site design are owned by Awakening Movies Ltd or licensed to it, or remain with their rights holders (including Camelot Films where credited). Third-party documentaries, interviews and quotes remain with their owners. IMDb, YouTube and other linked services have their own terms.

User submissions

These cinematic pages do not host public comments or a mailing-list form. If you write to us once a contact address is published, do not send anything confidential unless we have agreed in writing to receive it.

Merchandise

The merch page shows a look. It is not a store. No prices, basket or payment run on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country gives you a right to sue at home.
